Do You Offer Couples Therapy?

I currently only work with individuals so no couples or family therapy.

Do You Offer In-Person Therapy?

No. All appointments will be held via video conference as a telehealth appointment.

Do you take insurance?

I do not work directly with any insurance providers but I can provide a weekly or monthly bill that you can submit to your insurance company as an out of network provider.

How to Book

How Do I Know if We’re a Good Fit?

The first appointment will be a free consultation so that I can get a better understanding of what you hope to get out of therapy, a general sense of therapy goals, and therapeutic fit. In this appointment be prepared to share a little about what brings you to seek out therapy, what goals you hope to achieve, and what you look for in a successful therapeutic relationship. At the end, we can also discuss next steps, which would include scheduling our first appointment and explaining how that will work, if we both feel we are a good fit.

It may take a few session to really understand if it s a good therapeutic fit and we will continue to have open conversations about that.
